What precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at the meeting?
The safety of all attendees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring CDC guidelines, state and federal mandates and health safety measures put in place by SASGOG Annual Meeting venues. Information about on-site protocols will be communicated as soon as they become available. Face masks may be required for indoor events at the time of the Annual Meeting.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deadline to cancel or make changes to your registration is April 6, 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 6. Any cancellations received in writing prior to April 6 will receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee. Please email any cancellation related questions to: [email protected].
Is the 2022 SASGOG Annual Meeting virtual or in person?
We are happy to welcome attendees to a live, in-person meeting experience. San Diego, California is the perfect place to reconnect with colleagues, friends, and the SASGOG community.
Is COVID-19 vaccination required?
Attendees of the SASGOG Annual Meeting will be asked to complete an attestation form describing their COVID-19 vaccination status at the Convention Center Registration Desk.
