When and where is the 2023 SASGOG Annual Meeting?
Join us in Baltimore, Maryland, May 18, 2023, at the Baltimore Convention Center to reconnect with colleagues and the SASGOG community in a live, in-person meeting experience.
Where should I stay in Baltimore?
Attendees are invited to utilize the official meeting hotels arranged by ACOG. To learn more about housing options or to make reservations, please see ACOG’s Housing page.
Will there be a virtual option for the meeting?
There will be no virtual login or live streaming options for the sessions.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deadline to cancel or make changes to your registration is April 20, 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 20. Any cancellations received in writing prior to April 20 will receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee. Please email any cancellation related questions to: info@sasgog.org.
Re: The “Thank Your Mentor” program. Does the mentor need to attend the Annual Meeting to be recognized?
Nominated mentors will receive a certificate via the email address you provide. Nominated mentors will also be recognized at the Annual Meeting. Nominated mentors do not need to attend the Annual Meeting nor does the mentor need to be a current SASGOG member.
